Support and train our customers in North America in the successful implementation and use of our company products. The successful candidate has a good understanding of our technical products. He/she must be ambitious, outgoing and communicative
  • lead research, identify potential clients

  • lead calls to pitch Proemion’s product portfolio and online web services

  • qualify and track leads

  • document activities with current accounts and inquiries in Salesforce (CRM)

  • provide support and assistance to outside sales and customer care in order to close deals and meet company/team goals

  • conduct webinars to demonstrate products

  • ensure the customer has a positive experience

  • represent the company in a positive, professional manner in all dealings with customers

  • international customer contact

  • collaborate with Marketing department regarding campaigns and market intelligence

  • close cooperation with our international Head Quarter

  • self-responsible and passionate work

  • support for the expansion of the US branch office

  • visit international trade shows
