Responsibilities Include:
Determine whether each utility invoice is that of a vacant apartment or house meter
Work with local staff and on-site management to discuss discrepancies
Prepare weekly reports for supervisor’s review (usually exporting from database, then formatting in excel)
Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
Other duties may be assigned
Strong Organizational Skills
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
Understanding of databases
Must be able to process during peak volume spikes with little or no intervention from Management.
Excellent ability to communicate (written & oral) accurately, concisely, with strong interpersonal and telephone skills.
Attention to Detail
Ability to Multi-task
Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned
High school degree or equivalent
