This position particularly focuses on providing Level 3 Support to our major clients, including:
  • Providing technical product and service support

  • Analysing and develop solutions to new or unknown issues

  • Documenting the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures

  • Undertaking technical training

  • Participating in project management

The ideal candidate for the full-time position will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for development, and tinker with code for fun.
