We’re looking for a Junior Web Developer to help us build and deploy our websites and services.

You’ll be working in our development team; concerned with coding (pair and solo), maintaining existing sites, problem solving, building new CMS sites, planning and building bespoke sites, deploying sites (we have an excellent process to take the pain out of this), and working as part of a wider development team and business. You’ll also be doing a lot of development in support of that, using (and perhaps learning) at least the following:
  • PHP
  • JavaScript
  • MySQL
  • Puppet
  • Laravel
  • Concrete5
  • DevOps

Your attitude and personality are more important to us than any specific skills or experience. We’re looking for a fast learner, brimming with enthusiasm to develop new skills and try new things. If you find this idea both challenging and exciting, then we want to hear from you.
About us
We’re an insight-driven international agency with offices in London, Birmingham, Bristol, New York and Hong Kong. We work with an impressive list of clients including well-known brands such as McDonald’s, The Guardian, Royal Mail and EE. Complex clients that trust us to understand their needs, their sectors and their situations and to come up with creative digital solutions that really work. And that’s where you come in.
Interview Process
We'll invite you to come and see us at the ThirtyThree office here in London for a chat about you, your past experience and also so you can find out if the job is really for you. If that goes well, we'll ask you to do a short practical and theoretical test. We’ll be flexible to suit your schedule, and you can complete this in your own time.
Lastly, we'll invite you to come and chat with the Head of Digital and the wider development team, so that you get a chance to meet us and see where you'll be working. We'll be spending plenty of time together here, so it's just as well to get this part right.
We offer a range of benefits.
It should go without saying, but we'll say it anyway; we're an inclusive and diverse team, we value diversity and we want more of it. We hope that you'll be a part of that.
